ecoDa News: European People Governance Charter

The People Governance Commission of the H-User Institute, chaired by Olivier Hérout, EVP HR – Health &  Security at Equans (Bouygues), in Partnership with ecoDa and Partena Professional, has completed the update of the European People Governance Charter, addressed to the boards of directors of private, public and non-governmental organizations.

This key revision affirms the need for boards to strengthen structured and continuous dialogue with executive management teams, Chief Executive Officers and Chief Human Resources Officers, in order to fully integrate people-related priorities into overall strategic decision-making.
